Liter meters are essential for measuring dispensed quantities, as professionals require precise, reliable, and robust devices. Meters are suitable for a wide range of applications, including diesel, oil, and food. Our range of flow meters also includes models for critical operating conditions. For example, we offer liter meters for high flow rates and pulse liter meters that display the measured flow rate on remote displays. This solution is particularly advantageous for use in commercial vehicles and construction machinery.

Mechanical meters

Mechanical meters are robust and simple in design. They do not require batteries or any other power supply. This makes them a reliable component for measuring fuel and oil dispensing quantities. Selected models are also available with ATEX classification Group II, Cat. 2GcIIB T=85 C (T6).

The tried-and-tested, robust K33 and K700 with straight flow direction impress with their high reliability and high-quality materials.

K90 - patented design and functionality

With its patented design and functionality, the new K90 is the perfect complement to the K33 flow meters. Its 90° flow direction saves space and additional fittings in many applications. The advantages of the K90 are particularly evident in tight installation situations.

With an accuracy of +/- 0.6% in the range of 50-70 l/min, the K90 is unbeatable among mechanical meters.

Digital meters

Digital flow meters are used for modern recording and display of flow rates of a wide variety of liquids. They are compact, lightweight, and offer high measurement accuracy and clarity. Normal measurement deviations are in the range of approximately ± 0.5% to ± 1%, depending on the model.

Modern meters differ in terms of flow range, design, and additional functions (e.g., large display or ATEX approval for potentially explosive areas), but always remain focused on the goal of reliably, easily readable, and reproducibly measuring liquid quantities. They are important components in professional refueling and dispensing systems when it comes to precise quantity control and documentation.

Digital Pulse meters

Pulse counters are precise flow meters for measuring liquid volumes in industrial and technical applications. They operate according to the pulse principle: inside the measuring device, mechanical elements such as oval gears generate electrical pulses proportional to the volume of liquid that has flowed, which can be converted directly into an exact volume, e.g., in liters per minute.

These meters are ideal for monitoring and documenting the flow of fuels, lubricants, water, antifreeze, AdBlue®/urea solutions, or other liquids with varying viscosities. Thanks to their robust design, high measuring accuracy, and pulse output capability, Pulser counters are ideal for stationary refueling and transfer systems as well as for process and plant automation.

They can be easily integrated into higher-level systems or remote displays and provide reliable measurement data for process optimization.

Remote Display

Display panel for combination with a meter over a distance of up to 15 meters. The large display shows the amount dispensed and the non-resettable total amount. Equipped with user software for calibrating the liter counter. It is available as a simple display device and as a pulse generator.
