General information about the FLUSH PRO Mobilcenter
The FlUSH PRO Mobilcenter is a practical filling system for professional use. In addition to filling larger solar systems with multiple collectors, ground collectors for geothermal energy systems, or heating systems such as underfloor heating or central heating, it can also be used to flush and vent the pipe system.
The heart of the filling station is the dry self-priming impeller pump. It generates a high delivery volume, which is important for flushing air pockets out of the collector circuit. Depending on the model, the delivery rate ranges from 60 to 90 l/min and the delivery pressure is a maximum of 5 bar.

The two multifunctional taps allow external containers to be connected, e.g. for suction from IBCs, and various work steps to be carried out one after the other without having to reconnect the hoses.

Function and workflow
Mixing heat transfer fluid

Concentrate and water are sucked in from the two external canisters and pumped back again.
Heat transfer fluid is mixed through the Spülprofi circuit.
Filling and flushing the system

Flow: Heat transfer medium is pumped directly from the external canisters into the heat pump system (particularly practical for large quantities of liquid).
Return flow: The heat pump system pumps directly into the internal tank.
Flushing and venting the system
3 + 4 + 5
After filling, switch to internal circulation between the canister and the system for venting. This is also possible with flow direction reversal.

The pump can also easily pump an air-water mixture!

FlUSH PRO Mobilcenter 90/55
The 90/55 model combines higher liter output with a larger fluid container, making it ideal for filling larger solar systems. Transparent PVC fabric hoses and an optional filter with sight glass give you an overview of air pockets and the degree of contamination in the fluid in the tank.

The FLUSH PRO Mobilcenter 90/120 is used for filling large geothermal systems and central heating systems – precisely when very large quantities of liquids need to be transported.
