Key features

ZUWA's vane pumps feature an eccentrically designed housing, with lamellas (sliders and springs) creating sealed chambers that expand and contract as the motor rotates. When the chambers expand, they suck in the clean pumped medium; when they contract, the medium is expelled again via the pressure side.

The Panther series comprises compact vane pumps with high throughput for diesel and clean heating oil. Ideal for dispensing systems, workshops, or gas station applications.

Viscomat-Series for diesel and oil

Vane pumps from the Viscomat series are suitable for clean oils and Diesel with a viscosity of up to 500 cSt (e.g., heating oil, vegetable oil, motor oil) with a maximum media temperature of 60 °C.

The pumps in the E series impress with their consistent performance across the entire pressure range at a low speed of only 1150-1450 rpm, ensuring long-lasting performance.

E 3000-Series for diesel

E 3000 | Carry E 3000

The E 3000 series offers powerful vane pumps for diesel fuel with a DC motor. The compact size of the 12 V | 24 V pumps makes them mobile and flexible in use. The pumps from the E 3000 series can be used to reliably and safely refuel construction machinery, trucks, and cars (e.g., also from mobile tanks).

Flow rate: 30–50 l/min at 1,500–2,900 rpm

EX-Series (ATEX for gasoline and diesel)

for gasoline, E15, diesel, kerosene, ASPEN 2/4, AVGAS100/110LL, JET A/A1

The gasoline pumps meet the strict specific criteria of the ATEX/IECEx directive for product safety in Europe (II 2 G Ex d IIA T4 Gb) and are suitable for pumping gasoline and E15, kerosene, diesel or ASPEN 2/4, as well as AVGAS100/110LL and JET A/A1.

The EX 50 to EX 140 models with a 230V power supply are available for stationary installation. The EX 50 and EX 75 models are also available in 12V versions.

The EX GO! is the compact and mobile version of the EX series. The 12V pump is equipped with a cable and clamps, making it ready for immediate use. Thanks to its small dimensions, it is easy to transport and position. This means that nothing stands in the way of off-road use, whether with cars, trucks, construction machinery, boats, small aircraft, or off-road vehicles!
