General information about the Descale Mobilecenter
Limescale deposits just one millimeter thick can reduce the efficiency of a heat exchanger by up to 10%. Thicker deposits can cause transmission losses of up to 40%. In regions with hard water, heat exchangers and hot water tanks must therefore be descaled at regular intervals.
The Descale Mobilcenter is a special tool for HVAC professionals for flushing hot water tanks and heat exchangers with descaling solution. The device has been tested and approved for use with the following media (max. media temperature: 40°C).
Functionality
The descaling agent is pumped in a circuit between the heat exchangers and the Antikalk Mobilcenter. The acid dissolves the limescale deposits. The cycle of rinsing and acid action is repeated until the liquid is free of limescale residues – this can be seen through the transparent hoses and on the filter cup.

Replaceable plastic canister
Clean
- Pressure relief valve at the pump outlet prevents acid from splashing when removing the pressure hose after use
- Pump empties almost completely at the end of operation and can be easily opened for cleaning
- Changeover ball valve allows the pump to be flushed while the descaling agent remains in the canister and allows liquid to be sucked in from external containers

Effective

Descal Mobilcenter Plus
The PLUS version is recommended for professional, frequent use. Additional features prevent increased wear and tear, speed up and facilitate the flushing process.
- Bypass with return flow to the container enables flushing with lower flow rates
- Additional sampling valve for sampling during operation (e.g., for pH measurement)
- Connection option for an overflow box to prevent the container from overflowing
Descal Mobilcenter 60/55
With a maximum flow rate of 60 l/min and a tank capacity of 55 l, the Model 60/55 is suitable for use in larger circuits and for flushing large hot water tanks and heat exchangers.
