The pump is made from a mix of materials for all liquids that also contain abrasive substances.

Our COMBISTAR is made from a mix of materials. All parts that come into contact with media are made from stainless steel. The pump body is made from aluminum. It is therefore suitable for all liquids that also contain abrasive substances, such as:

Waste water
Grinding emulsions
Coolants
Lime milk
Drilling water
Electroplating sludge
Contaminated oils
Cooling lubricants

Depending on the model, the maximum flow rate is between 15 and 60 l/min.

This pump type offers an inexpensive alternative to the NIROSTAR series for pumping abrasive or slightly corrosive media such as contaminated liquids and deposits.

Variants / Versions

Pump carrier(PT)

The adapter for pump types A and B is designed for mounting the pump on standard motors of size M71 B3/B14.

The pump carrier coupling from ZUWA serves as a quick-change system for the pump head, ensuring minimal downtime.

In addition, the coupling protects the motor from contact with aggressive liquids.

DC motors 12 V / 24 V

The ZUWA impeller pumps in the COMBISTAR series can also be operated with DC motors. Our quick-change pump carrier system is used for this purpose.

As a customer, you can choose from a wide range of DC motors depending on your application. Whether it's voltages (12 V, 24 V, 12/24 V), operating modes (S2, S1), or IP protection classes.

AC motors 230 V / 400 V and special voltages

Our pumps are available with various AC motors. We supply motors for 230 V and 400 V as standard.

These are also available with left/right rotation on request. In addition, we offer customer-specific special voltages, for example 220 V or 400 V, as well as versions for 60 Hz.
