AdBlue® Membranpumpe

AdBlue® wird zur Reduzierung von Stickoxidemissionen in modernen Dieselmotoren eingesetzt und erfordert eine materialbeständige Fördertechnik.
Unsere Membranpumpe ohne dynamische Dichtungen ist besonders wartungsarm und zuverlässig. 

Der Pumpenkopf aus Technopolymeren macht sie ideal für AdBlue®, Frostschutzmittel und Wasser. Die Pumpe eignet sich optimal zum Um- und Abfüllen aus Fässern, IBCs oder Tanks und sorgt für einen sauberen und sicheren Förderprozess.

Squalo – AdBlue® (Harnstoff AUS32)

Diese Tauchpumpe ist die erste Ihrer Art – speziell für Abgabesysteme für AdBlue® entwickelt und getestet.

Die integrierte Kreiselpumpe ist mit einem Turbinen-regenerator mit Rückschlagventil und einem eingebautem innovativen Druckregelungssystem ausgestattet, das die Durchflussleistung optimiert. Die kompakte Größe und das spezielle Pumpendesign ermöglichen eine einfache Installation und eine nahezu vollständige Entleerung des vorgesehenen Installationstanks.

Das spezielle Anschlusssystem SUBLOCK ist auf Anfrage erhältlich. Diese ermöglicht es z. B. Druckleitung, Stromversorgung, Füllstandsanzeige, Durchflussmesser über einen zentralen Punkt anzuschließen. Somit ist es ein praktisches Befestigungssystem, das mögliche Trans-portschäden am Tank und an der installierten Pumpe vermeidet, da es bewegungs- oder schwingungsbedingte Stöße begrenzt.

Es ist so konzipiert, dass es mit den wichtigsten auf dem Markt erhältlichen Tanks kompatibel ist und eine Absaugung bis zu einem Flüssigkeitsstand von 30 mm ermöglicht.
