Die Pumpensteuerung regelt im allgemeinen den eingestellten Druck

Eine zuverlässige Pumpensteuerung ist unverzichtbar für den richtigen Betrieb einer Pumpe und sorgt für den bedarfsgerechten Lauf des Geräts.

Die elektronische Pumpensteuerung schaltet die Pumpe selbsttätig beim Absinken des Anlagendrucks durch öffnen der Wasserentnahmestelle ein. Nach Erreichen des Abschaltdruckes oder nach dem Schließen des Wasserhahns wird die Pumpe wieder abgeschaltet. Inklusiv Trockenlaufschutz und Schutz vor abnormen Betriebsbedingungen (z. B. tropfender Wasserhahn).

Beim mechanischen Druckschalter kann sowohl der Einschaltdruck als auch der Ausschaltdruck durch Stellschrauben einfach reguliert werden. Dadurch ist es möglich die Druckleistung der Tiefbrunnenpumpe zu begrenzen. Die Motordrehzahl kann damit nicht geregelt werden. Ein wirklich gleichbleibender Druck unter allen Betriebsbedingungen kann auch durch den mechanischen Druckschalter nicht geleistet werden.

Presflo Vario

Die elektronische Pumpensteuerung PRESFLO VARIO schaltet die Pumpe selbsttätig beim Absinken des Anlagendrucks durch Öffnen der Wasserentnahmestelle ein. Nach Erreichen des Abschaltdruckes oder nach dem Schließen des Wasserhahns wird die Pumpe wieder abgeschaltet.
