Function
The descaler circulates between heat transfers and the DESCAL MC. Thanks to that limescale comes loose and are collected in the container of the unit. This procedure is continued until the fluid is free of lime residuals, which is visible thanks to the transparent hoses and at the filter cup.
How do I descale a boiler or hot water tank with the DESCAL MC?
The descaling agent is circulated between the affected heat exchanger and the descal mobile center. As a result, the lime deposit is dissolved by the descaling agent and flushed out by the high delivery rate of the pump. This significantly speeds up the descaling process. Solid components, as well as undissolved calcium components are retained in the filter bag from the return and do not get into the system again. With the optional flow reversal, the process can be further improved and accelerated. The effectiveness of the descaling agent must be checked regularly. The rinsing process is continued until the liquid is free of lime residues and the acid no longer reacts despite its effectiveness.
