Oil pumps for heating oil, vegetable oil, lubricant oil or engine oil

We offer oil pumps for many different viscosities, kinds of oil and with several drives.

There are many different kinds of oil, since oil only describes the viscosity of a liquid and its characteristics of being hydrophobic (immiscible with water) and lipophilic (miscible with other oils). Generally speaking there are mineral oils, organic oils and synthetic oils. They are used for food (oil from pressed oilives for example), fuel (e.g., heating oil), lubrication (e.g., transmission or engine/motor oil), manufacturing of plastic products, paint or other materials or medical purposes.

All kinds of oil have different molecular parts and therefore different characteristics, especially in regard to viscosity.

To meet the requirements for each and every oil we offer several kinds of pumps with different technologies to convey the oil.

Diaphragm pumps are operated with compressed air and are exposion protection certified.

Gear pumps are suitable for high viscosity oil, but have a rather low flow rate.

In contrast vane pumps are for low viscosity oils and deliver a much higher flow rate.

Also, ZUWA impeller pumps are suitable for oil and they are also resistant for particles in the conveyed oil.

In conclusion it is obvious that chosing the right pump for your individual requirements is not that easy, since many aspects influence the best solution like vicosity, temperature, desired flow rate and pressure, distance to overcome, etc.

We strongly recommend to get in touch with our sales team and rely on the expertise and know-how of our experienced colleagues.
